Attending companies and organizations have the opportunity to connect with the dedicated engineering and computer science students within the College of Engineering. Additionally, sponsorship directly benefits and funds all ESC recognized clubs within the CoE. We look forward to building relationships with all prospective employers to better bridge the gap between academia and industry for students.
This year, iExpo will be held on Thursday, January 25th, 2024 from 10am-4pm in the Grand Ballroom at the Student Union Memorial Center.
Employers please arrive between 8-9:30AM for set up. Students will begin arriving at 10AM.
Coffee will be provided during the first half of the career fair as well as water throughout the entire event. Lunch will be at Cactus Grill, which is a buffet style cafeteria in the Student Union. There is no designated lunch break so we recommend coordinating with your fellow representatives to ensure your table is not left unattended. It may get busy around noon because of the number of recruiters in attendance as well as because of our students.
Attendees who are driving are encouraged to bring materials with them to avoid any shipping complications. If you are shipping materials, please ship materials to the following address. We recommend shipping as soon as possible to ensure your materials arrive on time.

Engineering Student Council representatives will take packages to a local FedEx facility around 5:30 PM following iExpo to return them. Please ensure your representatives bring prepaid shipping labels for package return after the event.
Reserving Interview Rooms:
Rooms and spaces are available to be reserved for on-campus interviewing or information sessions.
The College of Engineering has available space for single-room events prior to the event. Please contact Heather Moore at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance!
Interview Rooms can be reserved through Handshake. Please follow the instructions listed here and select "Room Only" if you only need to reserve the room and do not need assistance with scheduling. It costs $50 to reserve an interview room for up to 4 hours and $100 to reserve for up to 8 hours. You have the option to manage the interview process on your own or we can assist with scheduling on Handshake. After the request is received, you will be sent an invoice on Handshake and payment can be made online. Please contact Kriss McClellan at email@example.com for assistance!
